Welcome to FunCrush (the “App”), a free-to-play social casino entertainment platform developed and published by Meritum Soft d.o.o., a company registered in the Republic of Croatia with its registered office at Optujska 45, 42000 Varaždin, Croatia (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meritum Soft d.o.o. regarding your use of FunCrush. We may modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the App, to the law, or to app store requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required for legal or security reasons. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the App and delete your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Throughout these Terms, the following names and references all refer to the same application, platform, service, and brand operated by Meritum Soft d.o.o.: “FunCrush,” “Fun Crush,” and the website located at funcrush.com. Any variations in spacing, capitalization, or formatting of these names (including but not limited to “FunCrush,” “Fun Crush,” “FUNCRUSH,” “funcrush,” or “fun crush”) shall be understood as referring to the same App, platform, and brand.
The website funcrush.com serves as the official web presence and companion resource for the App. References to the App in these Terms include the mobile application, the website at funcrush.com, and any related services, features, content, or functionality offered through either platform, unless otherwise specified.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and brand identifiers associated with FunCrush, Fun Crush, and funcrush.com are the exclusive property of Meritum Soft d.o.o. or its licensors. Any unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
FunCrush is a free-to-download and free-to-play social casino entertainment application. The App provides users with access to virtual slot games for entertainment purposes only.
IMPORTANT: FunCrush is a social entertainment platform only. The App does not offer any form of real-money gambling, betting, or wagering. No real money can be won, lost, earned, or wagered through the App. All gameplay within FunCrush uses exclusively virtual currency (“Virtual Coins”) that holds no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred outside the App. Virtual Coins do not represent any real-world currency, credit, or item of value.
There is no charge to download, install, or access FunCrush or its games, and all games can be played without making a purchase. The App does not offer in-app purchases or the purchase of Virtual Coins or other virtual items. Success in social casino games within FunCrush is not indicative of future success at real-money gambling. The simulated casino games in this App are intended for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute gambling.
IMPORTANT AGE RESTRICTION: This App is intended for adults only. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this App. In jurisdictions where the minimum age for accessing simulated gambling content is higher (for example, 21 in certain U.S. states, or as otherwise required by local law), you must meet that higher age requirement. Additionally, this App is not available in Restricted Territories as defined in Section 20. If you are located in a Restricted Territory, you are prohibited from using this App regardless of your age.
In accordance with Apple’s App Store age rating system, FunCrush carries an 18+ age rating due to the presence of frequent simulated gambling content. Regional ratings may also apply in certain countries (for example, R 18+ in Australia). Regardless of any app store rating, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable higher minimum in your jurisdiction) to use the App, consistent with these Terms. The App is not available in Restricted Territories listed in Section 20, regardless of App Store age rating settings.
In accordance with Google Play policies, FunCrush is rated using the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) system and is classified with the appropriate maturity rating reflecting its simulated gambling content. The App is not part of the Google Play Families program, is not designed for children, and is not intended for use by minors under any circumstances.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations. If social casino applications are prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use the App. Refer to Section 20 for the full list of Restricted Territories where the App is not available.
We reserve the right to implement age-verification and age-assurance mechanisms, including but not limited to age-gate screens at first launch and age signals made available by Apple or Google, and to request verification of age or identity at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.
FunCrush allows users to create an account and onboard through various methods, which may include but are not limited to email registration, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, other third-party authentication services, or other sign-in methods made available through the App.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any passwords, PINs, or authentication tokens.
You agree that you will not share your account with any other person, create multiple accounts, or use another person’s account without authorization. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. If you play as a guest, your demo balance and gameplay progress are temporary, are not retained after you exit Guest Play, and cannot be transferred to a registered account.
We may suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms, or any other behavior that compromises the integrity of the App or its community, as further described in Section 17.
In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play's account deletion requirements, if you have created an account within the App, you have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. You may initiate account deletion through any of the following methods:
(a) In-App: Use the account deletion feature accessible within the App's settings (Settings > Account > Delete Account).
(b) Web: Submit a request at https://funcrush.com/delete-account, without needing to reinstall the App.
(c) Email: Contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
Upon account deletion, all Virtual Coins, virtual items, game progress, and associated data will be permanently removed, subject to any legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion is irreversible, and unused Virtual Coins or virtual items cannot be restored except where required by applicable law. Uninstalling the App does not delete your account. We will process deletion requests within thirty (30) days and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
FunCrush uses a proprietary virtual currency system referred to as “Virtual Coins.” Virtual Coins are provided to users for use exclusively within the App to participate in social casino games.
Virtual Coins are digital tokens with no real-world monetary value. They are not currency, securities, or any form of financial instrument. Virtual Coins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real money, credit, prizes, items of real-world value, or any other form of tangible value under any circumstances. Virtual Coins do not constitute property and confer no vested right.
Users may acquire Virtual Coins through various in-App mechanisms, which may include but are not limited to daily login bonuses, promotional events, achievement rewards, gameplay milestones, optional rewarded advertisements, special offers, or other methods determined by the Company.
You acknowledge that you have no ownership interest, property right, or legal claim to any Virtual Coins. Virtual Coins remain the exclusive property of Meritum Soft d.o.o. and are licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for personal entertainment purposes only.
Virtual Coins may not be sold, traded, gifted, transferred, or otherwise conveyed to any other user or third party, whether for compensation or otherwise. Any attempt to do so is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or adjust Virtual Coins, including distribution rates and game balancing, and to correct balances resulting from errors, bugs, or violations of these Terms.
Under no circumstances do Virtual Coins have any real-money value, and under no circumstances can Virtual Coins be redeemed for or converted into any prize, award, gift, merchandise, or anything of real-world value. This App does not operate as a sweepstakes, lottery, contest, or prize-based competition. There is no mechanism within the App to cash out, redeem, or otherwise convert Virtual Coins or gameplay outcomes into anything of monetary or tangible value.
Although FunCrush does not involve real-money gambling, we are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and the well-being of our users. In line with Apple App Store and Google Play policies regarding simulated gambling content, we provide the following information and resources:
FunCrush is designed purely for entertainment. The simulated casino games within the App use random number generation systems that produce outcomes for entertainment purposes only. Gameplay results are entirely simulated and have no bearing on or correlation with real-world gambling outcomes. Past gameplay results do not guarantee or predict future outcomes.

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use device-level parental controls provided by Apple (Screen Time) and Google (Family Link) to manage and monitor app usage by minors. This App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 (or higher where required by local law).
By using FunCrush, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:
(a) Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
(b) Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the App, its code, its servers, or any related systems, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
(c) Use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the App or manipulate gameplay.
(d) Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or places an undue burden on the App’s infrastructure.
(e) Harass, threaten, bully, or engage in abusive behavior toward other users.
(f) Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
(g) Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, offensive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
(h) Attempt to buy, sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Coins or accounts outside the App.
(i) Use the App if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 4.
(j) Use the App to promote, facilitate, or direct users to any form of real-money gambling, betting, wagering, or lottery.
(k) Create, distribute, or display any content that targets or is harmful to minors.
(l) Exploit bugs, errors, or design flaws to gain an unfair advantage, or fail to report such issues promptly when you become aware of them.
Violation of any of the above may result in suspension or termination of your account in accordance with Section 17.
If any user-generated content is made available in the App (such as usernames, profile pictures, or chat messages), you can report content or users that you believe are illegal or violate these Terms using the in-App reporting tools, where available, or by contacting [email protected]. We will review reports in a timely, diligent, and objective manner, may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, and will inform affected users of our decision and the reasons for it, where required by applicable law, including the EU Digital Services Act. You may contest such decisions by contacting us at the same address.
All content, features, functionality, graphics, visual elements, audio, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property associated with FunCrush, Fun Crush, and funcrush.com (including but not limited to all brand name variations described in Section 2) are owned by or licensed to Meritum Soft d.o.o. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and, where applicable, the usage rules of the app store from which you downloaded the App.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the App, except as incidental to normal use of the App for its intended purpose.
The FunCrush name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans (including “FunCrush,” “Fun Crush,” and the funcrush.com domain) are trademarks of Meritum Soft d.o.o. or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://funcrush.com/privacy and forms part of these Terms. Please read it to understand what information we collect, how we use it, the legal bases we rely on, and the rights and choices available to you.
We may collect certain information during the registration and onboarding process, as well as during your use of the App, including but not limited to device information, device identifiers, usage data, IP addresses, approximate location derived from your IP address and any information you voluntarily provide.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This App is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 18 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at [email protected].
In compliance with Google Play Data safety requirements and Apple App Store privacy requirements (including App Privacy details and App Tracking Transparency), we provide clear and accurate information about the data we collect, how it is used, and whether it is shared with third parties. This information is available in our app store listings and in our Privacy Policy at https://funcrush.com/privacy.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (a) These Terms are concluded between you and Meritum Soft d.o.o. only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Meritum Soft d.o.o., not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. (b) Your license to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. (c) Meritum Soft d.o.o. is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App, and Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services. (d) In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of Meritum Soft d.o.o.. (e) Meritum Soft d.o.o., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. (f) In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, Meritum Soft d.o.o., not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim. (g) You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. (h) You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. (i) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. (j) Questions, complaints, or claims regarding the App may be directed to Meritum Soft d.o.o. using the contact details in Section 24.
If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (a) These Terms are between you and Meritum Soft d.o.o. only, and not with Google LLC or its affiliates (“Google”). Google is not responsible for the App or its content. (b) Google has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the App. (c) Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. (d) The App is intended to comply with Google Play’s Developer Program Policies, including its policies on simulated gambling, real-money gambling advertising, data safety, account deletion, and user data handling. (e) Google is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms to the extent required by Google Play’s terms.
Neither Apple nor Google sponsors, endorses, or is in any way affiliated with FunCrush, Fun Crush, funcrush.com, or Meritum Soft d.o.o.. Any promotional events or marketing activities offered through the App are sponsored solely by Meritum Soft d.o.o.. Neither Apple nor Google is a sponsor or participant in any such activity.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Meritum Soft d.o.o.. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Your use of third-party services for account registration or authentication (such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In) is subject to those third parties’ respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
FunCrush does not promote, endorse, link to, or direct users to any real-money gambling, betting, or wagering platform or service. Any advertisements displayed within the App (if applicable) will comply with platform-specific advertising policies and will not promote real-money gambling to users of this App.
The App may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks, including optional rewarded advertisements. In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies:
(a) The App will not display advertisements that promote real-money gambling, betting, or wagering services to users.
(b) All advertisements will comply with applicable platform advertising guidelines, including age-appropriateness requirements.
(c) The App will not display deceptive or disruptive advertisements, including ads that appear as buttons, icons, or interactive in-app elements, and full-screen advertisements will be closable.
(d) Advertisements will not target individuals known to be under the age of 18.
(e) Personalized advertising will only be shown where you have given any consent or permission required by law or by platform rules, such as Apple’s App Tracking Transparency, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that advertising content displayed within the App is appropriate and compliant, but we do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for their accuracy or the products and services they promote.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Meritum Soft d.o.o. does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content within the App.
Simulated outcomes in social casino games are determined by random number generation systems and are for entertainment purposes only. Past gameplay results do not guarantee or predict future outcomes. The odds and payouts presented within the App are simulated and are not representative of any real-world gambling outcomes or probabilities.
FUNCRUSH DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY OPPORTUNITY TO WIN REAL MONEY, REAL PRIZES, OR ANYTHING OF REAL-WORLD VALUE. ANY RESEMBLANCE BETWEEN THE SIMULATED GAMES IN THIS APP AND REAL-WORLD CASINO GAMES IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom: nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under applicable law where digital content or digital services supplied to you are not in conformity with the contract.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MERITUM SOFT D.O.O., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS (USD $10.00) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, FOR DAMAGE CAUSED INTENTIONALLY OR BY GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meritum Soft d.o.o. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable laws, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms, if required by law or by app store rules, if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or access from a Restricted Territory, or if we discontinue the App. Except where immediate action is necessary (for example, in cases of fraud, serious breach, or legal requirements), we will give you notice of and reasons for the suspension or termination. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any Virtual Coins associated with your account will be forfeited. If we discontinue the App for reasons other than your breach, we will give you at least thirty (30) days’ notice where possible.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-App account deletion feature, by visiting https://funcrush.com/delete-account, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon voluntary termination, all Virtual Coins, game progress, and account data will be permanently deleted, subject to any legal retention obligations. Please refer to Section 5.1 (Account Deletion) for full details on the account deletion process.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
Meritum Soft d.o.o. may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature thereof from time to time, for example to improve the App, add or remove content, address security issues, or comply with legal or app store requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may release updates to the App from time to time, which may include bug fixes, new features, content updates, security patches, or other improvements. You may be required to install updates to continue using the App. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes included in the update.
Updates may be delivered automatically through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device settings. We recommend enabling automatic updates to ensure you have the latest version of the App with the most current security and feature improvements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Varaždin, Croatia. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you habitually reside, and you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution body competent for consumer disputes in your country.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, representative action, or collective proceeding. This does not limit any right you have under mandatory law to participate in representative actions brought by qualified consumer organizations.
FunCrush is not available in all jurisdictions. The App is intended for use only in countries and territories where simulated gambling and social casino entertainment content is permitted under applicable law. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a citizen or resident of, any Restricted Territory (as defined below).
The following countries and territories are designated as Restricted Territories where the App is not available, and from which access to and use of the App is strictly prohibited. Other: Any country, territory, or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes imposed by the European Union, the United Nations, or the United States, and any other country, territory, or jurisdiction where simulated gambling, social casino gaming, or similar entertainment content is prohibited or restricted under local law, or where Meritum Soft d.o.o. has determined that distribution is not appropriate.
If you are located in, reside in, are a citizen of, or are accessing the App from any Restricted Territory listed above, you are strictly prohibited from downloading, installing, accessing, or using FunCrush. Any attempt to access the App from a Restricted Territory, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions, is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
We implement technical measures, which may include but are not limited to IP-based geolocation, app store country settings, and app store distribution restrictions, to prevent access from Restricted Territories. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, regardless of any technical measures we may employ.
If we determine or reasonably suspect that you are accessing the App from a Restricted Territory, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, forfeit any Virtual Coins associated with your account, and take any additional action we deem necessary, subject to applicable law.
The list of Restricted Territories may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in local laws, regulations, platform policies, or our operational decisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to ensure that your continued use of the App remains compliant. If your country or territory is added to the Restricted Territories list, you must immediately cease all use of the App.
Meritum Soft d.o.o. assumes no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from your access to or use of the App in violation of these geographic restrictions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meritum Soft d.o.o. from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal costs arising from your unauthorized use of the App from a Restricted Territory.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (available at https://funcrush.com/privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Meritum Soft d.o.o. regarding your use of FunCrush (including Fun Crush, funcrush.com, and all related brand variations) and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. If these Terms are translated, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The failure of Meritum Soft d.o.o. to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
